JB Bowers is a Director on MONTICELLOAM, LLC’s Multifamily Bridge Lending team, focusing on multifamily debt originations and based in Tampa, Florida. He has 10 years and over $3B of transactional experience originating and managing commercial real estate debt investments on all property types across the United States. He most recently served as an Assistant Vice President for Voya Investment Management where he focused on both permanent and bridge loan originations across the Midwest, West, and Southeast US markets. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of the debt investment including sourcing, evaluation, loan structuring, term sheet negotiations, underwriting, and closing. JB received a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Real Estate with Honors from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech.
