NEW YORK, NY, January 7, 2026 – MONTICELLOAM, LLC (“MONTICELLOAM”), a specialized multifamily and seniors housing bridge lending platform, along with a firm affiliate, closed a $30,500,000 bridge loan for an apartment complex in Bedford, Texas. The financing was originated by MONTICELLOAM Senior Managing Director Darryl Myrose and was facilitated by Charles Halladay and Spencer Bergthold based in JLL’s San Francisco office.

The loan has an initial 24-month term, and proceeds will be used by the Sponsorship, a joint venture between Redhill Realty Investors and BIG Equity Investors, an affiliate of Basis Investment Group, to refinance existing debt and support continued market absorption.
Pecan Creek Apartments consists of seventeen two-story residential buildings totaling 272 units in Bedford, located outside of Dallas. The community amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis court, dog park, picnic area, and playground.
