MONTICELLOAM, LLC Finances $144MM for Skilled Nursing Portfolio in Washington
MONTICELLOAM, LLC recently provided $144,000,000 in bridge and working capital financing for a six-community skilled nursing portfolio in Washington.
The returning MONTICELLOAM healthcare client executed the acquisition of these six skilled nursing facilities, expanding their regional portfolio by over 720 licensed beds.

MONTICELLOAM, LLC Closes $46MM Investment with the Same Sponsor
MONTICELLOAM, LLC financed $46,000,000 across a bridge loan and working capital line of credit for a skilled nursing portfolio in Washington. The portfolio consists of four stand-alone skilled nursing facilities and one skilled nursing and independent living community.
The MONTICELLOAM borrower, who is the same as in the transaction listed above, used loan proceeds to purchase the real estate of the facilities, totaling over 400 licensed beds.
