McManus<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c0c896a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c0c896a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Board Member, MONTICELLOAM, LLC<\/p><p>Vice President, BlackRock Monticello Debt Real Estate Investment Trust<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-647e97e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"647e97e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Greg McManus serves as Vice President of the BlackRock Monticello Debt Real Estate Investment Trust and is a Board Member of MONTICELLOAM, LLC, where he has been a member of the organization for over three years in roles ranging from Chief Growth Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Portfolio Manager for the $4+ billion Greystone Senior Debt Fund.<\/p><p>In 2024, Mr. McManus stepped away from the COO role to become a Board Member of the company but will retain his responsibilities as Portfolio Manager for MONTICELLOAM investments and any future fund vehicles.<\/p><p>Prior to MONTICELLOAM, Mr. McManus was CEO of a private real estate investor and developer. He was also previously CEO of Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, a national investment sales platform, and held the same role at Ventras Holdings, a CDO management company. Mr. McManus also spent 10 years in various roles including Chief Financial Officer at Capmark and head of capital markets at GMAC Commercial Real Estate.<\/p><p>Mr. McManus earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from Seton Hall University and an MBA from the Leonard N.
