market.<\/p>\n\n<p>Prior to joining MONTICELLOAM, Andrew was a Vice President, Investments at Anchor Health Properties and has overseen the entire investment lifecycle including sourcing, valuation, negotiations, due diligence, recapitalization and acquisition of over $1 billion of healthcare real estate throughout the United States.
