positioning MONTICELLOAM&#8217;s seniors housing, skilled nursing, and multifamily bridge lending strategies across the global allocator community; and partnering with firm leadership to design and bring new investment products to market.<\/p><p>Mrs. Hollander joins MONTICELLOAM with 13 years of experience at BlackRock, where she held senior roles spanning marketing, alternatives sales strategy, and both institutional and wealth distribution.
