NEW YORK, NY (June 16, 2026) – MONTICELLOAM, LLC (“MONTICELLOAM”), a specialized seniors housing and multifamily bridge lending platform, along with firm affiliates, provided a $36,500,000 bridge loan for the acquisition of a healthcare community in Massachusetts. The financing was originated by Karina Davydov, Head of Healthcare Originations.
The community consists of over 260 licensed beds spanning skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care services, delivering a full continuum of care across one integrated campus. This closing represents MONTICELLOAM’s first transaction with the Sponsor, who has over 30 years of experience operating and developing seniors housing communities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
“Originating financing for a campus that spans skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care requires real attention to detail. Each care setting comes with its own operational and financial nuances, so it’s very rewarding to meet that challenge and deliver the financing for our clients,” said Karina Davydov, MONTICELLOAM’s Head of Healthcare Originations.
“Seniors housing operators who are expanding their portfolio need a capital partner that can keep pace with their goals and bring genuine depth to every transaction. Our platform was designed to do exactly that, combining lending expertise, structuring flexibility, and a true understanding of the healthcare real estate landscape,” said Joseph Borenstein, Head of the MONTICELLOAM Healthcare Bridge Lending team.
