MONTICELLOAM Honored as Three Leaders Are Named 2026 GlobeSt. Healthcare Real Estate Influencers

MONTICELLOAM is proud to announce that three members of its leadership team have been named Healthcare Real Estate Influencers by GlobeSt. The recognition spotlights professionals who change environments, practices, and minds across the sector. Joseph Borenstein, Karina Davydov, and Brandon Rosenblum each earned the distinction through their work across originations, structuring, asset management, and technology.

“Joseph, Karina, and Brandon embody what sets MONTICELLOAM apart. They combine deep sector expertise with a strong focus on our clients, and together with the teams behind them, they are the reason operators, sponsors, and investors trust us when it matters most,” said Alan Litt, Principal & Co-founder of MONTICELLOAM.

Joseph Borenstein, Head of Healthcare

Joseph oversees MONTICELLOAM’s healthcare bridge lending and equity investment platform, leading a team of eight healthcare professionals. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has been part of more than $8.5 billion in financing for seniors housing and healthcare. His reputation rests on finding workable structures where others see only reasons to decline. In 2026, his team closed a $600MM financing for a 30-facility skilled nursing and assisted living portfolio in Kentucky and Tennessee. Joseph has previously shared his perspective as a speaker at the LTC 100 and at MONTICELLOAM investor conferences, and he is active with the Staten Island Holocaust Center and Grateful Americans Charity.

Karina Davydov, Head of Healthcare Originations

With more than two decades of experience in financial services, Karina leads originations for MONTICELLOAM’s seniors housing and healthcare bridge lending team. She is known for taking the time to understand what operators need and translating it into tailored financing, from sourcing and structuring through closing and the ongoing relationship. Karina is also the founder of Vital Voices, a roundtable series that brings together women in seniors housing and healthcare real estate. It now spans more than six editions and has engaged over 20 industry professionals. She has spoken at eCap and Thrive, and her insights have been featured in Senior Care Investor and McKnight’s.

Brandon Rosenblum, Head of Asset Management and Technology

Brandon built MONTICELLOAM’s asset management team from the ground up and has since extended that discipline to the firm’s technology function. His team oversees $4.4B in loan investments (1), supported by a robust technology platform that Brandon built by assembling experienced professionals to automate processes, develop internal data recording programs, and partner with industry peers to expand opportunities and create proprietary platforms. Under his leadership, MONTICELLOAM earned rated servicer status from Fitch Ratings, and the team has built relationships with more than 100 owners and operators. Brandon also champions Grateful American Charity, which supports veterans affected by PTSD, and encourages his team, family, and friends to join him.

Looking Ahead

As MONTICELLOAM continues to expand its lending platform, that standard guides the firm’s growth. The goal is simple: to be the capital partner that operators and sponsors can count on to find a path forward.
