Our bridge loans are underwritten to permanent takeout financing with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or HUD debt. We utilize a stressed takeout analysis at bridge loan origination to structure the loan. Our underwriting team is supported by 60+ professionals with experience across multiple credit cycles.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our Asset Management team conducts active surveillance to continuously monitor performance and credit risk of our portfolio. Each loan is re-underwritten every month \u2013 with the team monitoring operational and financial performance, local economic trends, rental and occupancy rates, and property competitiveness within its market.
