Affiliated Monticello entities provided the $368.00 million mortgage and $99.00 million in mezzanine financing for the acquisition of the portfolio. This line of credit was arranged by Monticello\u2019s asset-based lending group, Monticello Commercial Capital, LLC.<\/p>\n<h3>About Monticello<\/h3>\n<p>Monticello offers floating rate bridge loans, 5, 7 and 10-year fixed rate loans, as well as working capital lines of credit.
