Andrew Antognoli is a Senior Relationship Manager for MONTICELLOAM, where he is responsible for fostering and expanding client relationships on the West Coast, focusing on sourcing new opportunities, and supporting the firm’s lending and investment activities across the seniors housing market.
Prior to joining MONTICELLOAM, Andrew was a Vice President, Investments at Anchor Health Properties and has overseen the entire investment lifecycle including sourcing, valuation, negotiations, due diligence, recapitalization and acquisition of over $1 billion of healthcare real estate throughout the United States. He also led debt focused portfolio initiatives, including managing and sourcing financing for all new acquisitions and ground up developments, garnering new and existing lender relationships, closing complex multi-asset debt and equity recapitalizations.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and played Football at the University of Notre Dame.
