Jason Liu serves as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at MONTICELLOAM, LLC, overseeing the firm’s accounting and finance operations.
With over 30 years of experience across public accounting, real estate private equity and investment management, Jason has deep expertise spanning healthcare, multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and development assets. He brings a strong track record in fund accounting, capital markets, financial modeling, and building scalable financial infrastructures that support organizational growth.
Prior to MONTICELLOAM, Jason held senior leadership roles at SHVO and served as Chief Financial Officer at Everest Healthcare Properties, a Fosun Group company, where he oversaw firmwide financial operations and supported strategic growth initiatives, including capital raising and portfolio management. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Novel Property Venture and as Corporate and Fund Controller at Hudson Realty Capital.
He began his public accounting career at Grant Thornton and later served as Audit Manager in the Alternative Investments group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jason is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
