Jonathan Cohen

Jonathan Cohen is a Director on the Multifamily Bridge Lending team at MONTICELLOAM, LLC and helps lead in the origination effort from sourcing deals to sizing and structuring of multifamily loans. In addition, Jon assists with the Underwriting and Closing teams to ensure a smooth due diligence and closing process. Prior to joining MonticelloAM, he was an Associate in the origination and underwriting groups at Benefit Street Partners, a leading CRE Mortgage REIT for over three years. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over $5B in financings across the capital stack and various asset types.
