Sara Hollander is a Director on the Business Development and Strategy team at MONTICELLOAM, LLC (“MONTICELLOAM”), where she drives capital raising initiatives, commercial strategy, and product expansion across the firm’s specialized commercial real estate private credit platform.
In her role, Ms. Hollander is responsible for cultivating and deepening relationships with institutional investors and wealth intermediaries; positioning MONTICELLOAM’s seniors housing, skilled nursing, and multifamily bridge lending strategies across the global allocator community; and partnering with firm leadership to design and bring new investment products to market.
Ms. Hollander joins MONTICELLOAM with 13 years of experience at BlackRock, where she held senior roles spanning marketing, alternatives sales strategy, and both institutional and wealth distribution. Throughout her tenure, she partnered closely with portfolio management, product, and senior distribution leadership across the BlackRock Private Markets Platform and the client business.
Ms. Hollander holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
