MONTICELLOAM Provides Over $2.2B of Financing in 2025
With 2025 now in the rearview, we can confidently say that it marked a year of meaningful growth for MONTICELLOAM. Our bridge lending platform completed 49 transactions totaling over $2.2 billion in bridge, mezzanine, and working capital financing in 2025.
The MONTICELLOAM team grew into a global organization of more than 100 professionals and welcomed Patti Unti as Portfolio Manager.

MONTICELLOAM Closes $107MM Deal for Skilled Nursing Portfolio in Florida
MONTICELLOAM recently financed a $100,000,000 bridge loan for a skilled nursing portfolio in Florida. The loan proceeds will be used by the returning MONTICELLOAM borrower to pay off the existing debt on the four skilled nursing facilities.
In addition, a $7,000,000 working capital line of credit was provided for the borrower to manage the daily operational needs of over 480 licensed beds.

$60MM Deal Funded by MONTICELLOAM for Illinois SNF Portfolio
MONTICELLOAM provided a $60,000,000 bridge loan to a returning healthcare client to acquire five skilled nursing facilities across Illinois. The acquisition will add more than 620 licensed beds to the borrower’s growing skilled nursing portfolio, helping to advance the long-term stability of its operations.
