MONTICELLOAM, LLC Finances $84MM For Skilled Nursing Facility in New York

 

 

MONTICELLOAM recently provided $84,000,000 in combined bridge and working capital financing for a skilled nursing facility in New York. The loan proceeds were used by the returning MONTICELLOAM borrower to fund the acquisition of this skilled nursing facility comprising 280 licensed beds.
