MONTICELLOAM, LLC Delivers $435MM for Skilled Nursing Portfolio in Maryland
MONTICELLOAM, LLC Healthcare team recently closed a $435MM financing comprised of a $400MM healthcare bridge loan and a $35MM working capital line of credit. Loan proceeds will support over 1,890 beds for fourteen skilled nursing facilities in Maryland.

Andrew Antognoli joins the MONTICELLOAM Team
MONTICELLOAM welcomes Andrew Antognoli as Senior Relationship Manager, Healthcare Originations on the Seniors Housing and Healthcare team!
With a deep background in institutional real estate private equity, Andrew has contributed more than $1 billion in transactions, overseeing the full investment lifecycle including acquisitions, recapitalizations, and financing strategies.
In this strategic role, Mr. Antognoli will be responsible for fostering and expanding client relationships on the West Coast.
